1. No Return and No Refund Policy is followed by Loadncode
2. Payment once done will not be refunded if scheduled exam dates have passed or candidate is not able to appear in the exams without prior intimation. 

3. Rescheduling of the exam will only be done once when informed 48 hrs in advance and candidate has to schedule next exam within next 3 months of rescheduling it, otherwise exam money will be considered lapsed.
